The Triangle Inquiry Group gathers together for meditation, self-inquiry, and discussion at 7 pm on Wednesday evenings in Raleigh, NC (near NCSU). We are open to any technique of self-inquiry that might bring one closer to the realization of his or her true nature, and have been inspired by the teachings of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Eckhart Tolle, Richard Rose, and others.
Self-inquiry is a process of asking honest, open questions that evoke reflection, insight, and deepening to one’s inner truth. By simply being present with our attention, our questions, and our sincerity, we can create a space for spirit to move among us with healing and with power. This self inquiry is essentially subtractive in nature, revealing or identifying “what I am not” rather than defining “who I am.” Extended periods of silence sometimes occur and are welcomed as a rich source of inspiration.
